In 1993, BBC television made a film about me and my work in a series called “Heretics”, featuring six scientists whose work some of their colleagues deemed heretical, including the pioneer of magnetic levitation, Eric Laithwaite, and the chemist Linus Pauling who advocated large doses of Vitamin C.
