Fresh Pasta made using my Kenwood Cooking Chef XL Tagliatelle with a really tasty garlic and herb cream cheese sauce Ingredients • 500g Pasta “00” flour • 3 Whole eggs • 7 Egg yolks • Pinch of salt • Soft Cheese with Herbs Method Add the dough hook attachment Add your flour followed by your eggs to the Kenwood Mixing bowl Knead together until a ball is formed Use the pasta rolling attachment and take the pasta to around 2mm in thickness Use the cutting attachment to make ribbons of Tagliatelle B
