Freeze dried cheddar cheese. We've been making time for a little extra freeze drying before things get busier with outside chores when it warms up. Once freeze dried, we'd normally use this in a soup or casserole where it rehydrates during cooking, but you could soak it in cool water to rehydrate for use "as is", or simply use it dry.
