11/22 Live - Maple Brown butter Pumpkin Gnocchi Ingredients: 1 package of gnocchi - cook according to package directions 1 stick unsalted butter (cut in half) 1/4 cup sage leaves 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup canned pumpkin purée (or sweet potato, or mashed butternut/acorn squash) 1 cup vegetable broth 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne or crushed red pepper 1 Tbsp maple syrup 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese Directions: 1. Cook gnocchi and drain when done. Set aside. 2. In a small s
