Weekend Workout: Zone 2 cardio followed by an hour of arms and back: here’s what I did: 1) Incline bench press: 20,25,30, 25 lbs x 8-15 reps. 2) Incline rows: 20,25,30,25 lbs x 10-15 reps 3) Strict rear delt flies x 15 reps 4) Seated face pulls x 12 reps 5) Kneeling Arnold Presses x 12 reps 6) Kneeling lateral and front raises x 10-12 reps 7) lat pull downs x 12 reps Arms, back and even some core… all of these moves except for the cable and lat pulls can be done at home too.
