Clogging stems from the American Appalachian region and is largely inspired by English, Scottish, Irish, Dutch, and Welsh immigrants, with heavy influences from African stepdance and Native American dance. . . Traditionally, clogging is danced to bluegrass, but nowdays it’s danced to anything upbeat. Personally, I prefer dancing to pop and whatever genre this
