❤ Calm ❤ I feel it's important for dogs to learn to relax and be calm. Especially high energy, busy, motivated, and working breed type dogs. But there's a HUGE difference between being relaxed and "bottling" that energy with demands of slower movement or stillness. And that difference is important. I had a 1:1 with Oscar again recently, and I worked on helping him find his chill mode. It's not easy for him, but he sure enjoys it when he gets there! It's also something that will need consistency
