Area 51 was a 1995 light gun rail shooter developed by Mesa Logic and published under Atari Games where you join the STAAR team to stop the alien Kronn and their zombie mutants from overrunning the Area 51 facility. Using a heavy, realistic light gun, you blast through full motion video corridors of the base while rescuing your squad and trying to trigger the nuclear self destruct.
