"Prays on women, if I could give no stars I would. \nI took my Nissan Rogue in for rear brakes that I heard grinding. Grismer mechanics came back and told me I need rear brakes, brake fluid flush, front brakes, rear bearing, front tie rod, and a new set of tires. I was so stressed and overwhelmed I decided to sell my car before putting $3k into a car with over 180k miles. I told them only do the rear brakes. They decided to include the brake flush because they charged me $660 for the rear brakes. I then took my car for a second opinion and they said none or the things mentioned was dire. I do need tires but can wait a couple months, I need front brakes but can wait a couple months. Grismer told me my front brakes would be gone by the end of the weekend. They had me so scared to drive my car I bought another car to drive before I got my second opinion. Big mistake, but it was the path I was led down by misleading, money hungry mechanics. Terrible and shameful and Grismer should refund my money on the brake fluid flush I did not ask for, they suggested, and they did this work without my request, I said "rear brakes" and they included the flush. Terrible."

"WARNING - They do not honor warranties!!\n\nJust had the battery die in my car today, had to have AAA come out to jump the car. AAA checked the battery, it said the battery was bad, even sent us an email saying battery was bad and why. Fortunately I have the battery under warranty at Grismer! Great, right? Nope. Not at Grismer.\n\nAfter the jump and car being driven to Grismer, the battery had recharged. This doesn't mean the battery is magically repaired, but Grismer sure seemed to think so. They totally disregarded the AAA report that was sent to us and claimed that the battery was fine. \n\nThey said to call them back if the battery dies again and they can look at it then. But then I assume after using another emergency call to AAA (which would be our last for this period) Grismer will just claim the battery is charged again and there is nothing wrong.\n\nWe might try to continue to get them to honor the warranty but they sure don't seem to want to do the right thing. At this point I might just buy a new battery at a different company that actually lives up to their end of a warranty. Either way, Grismer will never see business from me again. Do yourself a favor and avoid Grismer at all costs."

I just got the same unmarked envelope from auto approve for the second time, only this one has '2ND NOTICE' stamped in large red text at a goofy angle at the top of the letter. It says I could reduce my monthly payment by an estimated $84/month. I think the unmarked envelope and aggressive tactics are enough to make me question their business.

I legitimately think that youtube as an american company doesn't understand multilingualism. It's kinda racist.
