Edit: it looks like netspend sends prepaid cards out - did you start a new job and select direct deposit into a netspend account perhaps? Either way, give them a call.

Netspend/western union scam/phishing? I got an email today that my Netspend card (I do not have one and have never used the service) now works with apple pay and google pay. The body of the email lists the last 4 digits of my supposed card.

I’ve been reading all the information I can about transferring from the Netspend prepaid card to a bank account, and I’ve heard a few things. Link your card to PayPal, send money to a friend, and have them send it to your bank account.
Received 2 Netspend Cards at our address, but for a name that doesn't live here (PA) Pretty much what the title says. In two days, we have received two envelopes in the mail that appear to be Netspend cards. They have my address, but the name they are addressed to is a name that does not live here.
